By booking services with Paw Pacer K9 Performance, the client agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all services including training sessions, conditioning sessions, mobile services, and membership programs.

Paw Pacer K9 Performance provides canine fitness, conditioning, and training services designed to improve a dog's physical health, stamina, and overall well-being.

Services may include but are not limited to:

• Slat-mill conditioning sessions
   
• Dog fitness and endurance training
   
• Behavioral exercise programs
   
• Mobile conditioning services
   
• Membership-based training programs
   

All services are designed for exercise and conditioning purposes and are not intended to replace veterinary care.

Clients must confirm that their dog:

• Is in good health and physically able to participate in exercise programs
   
• Is current on required vaccinations
   
• Is free from contagious illnesses or parasites
   
• Has no injuries or medical conditions that would make exercise unsafe
   

Paw Pacer K9 Performance reserves the right to refuse service if a dog appears sick, injured, aggressive, or unsafe to handle.

Owners are responsible for informing Paw Pacer of any:

• Medical conditions
   
• Behavioral concerns
   
• Anxiety or aggression issues
   
• Physical limitations
   

All conditioning sessions are supervised to ensure the safety of the dog.

Clients acknowledge that:

• Dogs participating in exercise programs assume normal risks associated with physical activity.
   
• Equipment such as slat mills and conditioning tools are used in a controlled and supervised environment.
   

While every precaution is taken, Paw Pacer K9 Performance cannot guarantee the prevention of injury.

Owners remain legally responsible for their dog's behavior at all times.

Owners agree that their dog:

• Has no history of dangerous or uncontrollable aggression
   
• Will not intentionally harm staff, equipment, or other animals
   

Any damages caused by a dog will be the financial responsibility of the owner.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to accommodate other clients.

To respect the time of all clients:

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of session or applicable cancellation fees.
   

Membership clients may be subject to specific scheduling rules based on their membership plan.

Payment is required prior to or at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash
   
• Credit/Debit
   
• Digital payment platforms
   

Membership programs are billed according to the membership plan selected.

Memberships may be paused or canceled according to membership policy terms.

Paw Pacer K9 Performance operates as a mobile conditioning service utilizing a trailer-based training setup.

Clients must provide:

• A safe and accessible parking area
   
• A clear and secure space for the session
   
• A controlled environment free from hazards
   

Weather conditions may affect mobile sessions and may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

By participating in Paw Pacer K9 Performance services, clients grant permission for photos or videos of their dog to be used for:

• Social media
   
• Marketing
   
• Educational content
   
• Website promotion
   

Clients may opt out of media use by providing written notice.

By participating in services provided by Paw Pacer K9 Performance, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Paw Pacer K9 Performance, its owner, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in conditioning or training activities, except where such injury or damage is directly caused by negligence or faulty equipment supplied by Paw Pacer K9 Performance.
All participation is voluntary and at the owner's risk.

Paw Pacer K9 Performance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• A dog poses a safety risk
   
• The owner provides inaccurate information
   
• Safety guidelines are not followed
   

Paw Pacer K9 Performance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website or provided to clients.

Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Commitment
All memberships (Basic, Pro, Elite) require a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of enrollment. By signing up, the client agrees to complete the full 3-month term.

2. Payment Terms
Membership fees are billed:

• Monthly (auto-pay) or paid in full upfront 
• Payments are due on the same date each month

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

3. Early Cancellation Policy
Memberships are a 3-month commitment.
If a client chooses to cancel before completing the initial 3-month term, a $100 early cancellation fee will be applied.

All payments made toward memberships are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

• Verified medical emergencies (dog or owner)
• Relocation outside service area

All exceptions are at the sole discretion of Paw Pacer K9 Performance.

4. Session Usage

• Sessions must be used within the active billing month
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month
• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of that session

6. Multi-Dog & Add-Ons

• Additional fees apply for multi-dog sessions and add-ons
• These must be selected and paid for prior to or at the time of service

7. Dog Behavior & Safety
Owners must disclose any aggression or behavioral issues prior to training.
Paw Pacer K9 Performance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk.

8. Results Disclaimer
Training results vary based on:

• Owner consistency
• Dog temperament
• Participation outside of sessions

No guaranteed results are implied.

9. Membership Renewal
After the initial 3-month term, memberships may:

• Continue month-to-month
• Be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled with 7-day notice prior to next billing cycle

10. Agreement
By enrolling in a membership, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
